The Cake Box
Beautifully crafted cakes and cupcake boxes created for celebrations and events of all sizes. Everybody loves cake! The Cake box is a Bedfordshire based business that loves baking extravagant, beautiful cake creations for birthdays and special occasions. Their make-your-own cupcake range has been a big hit, and their increased traction has led them to need a new brand identity. They wanted the logo and branding to reflect the bubbly, fun personalities of the two owners and to improve their packaging to align with the new brand identity.
THE CAKE BOX
We designed the logo starting with a tight typographic lockup, resulting in a bold word-mark. We used a rounded, soft typeface that would work with both uppercase and lowercase letterforms. The clients had a good understanding of the colours they wanted to use so we put together and selected a lovely palette that works in harmony and makes you feel good, just like the baked goodies ‘The Cake Box’ produces.
