The simple answer is yes! From the design of your logo and branding design, to responsive websites and design for print. We offer affordable startup packages so you can get everything you need all in one place.

Going forward, we start off with the initial ideas stage where we extract and present only the best solutions to the problems presented. We generally go through 2 or 3 stages of revisions until you are happy and the final deliverables can be packaged and delivered.
These days It’s not essential to meet in person as technology allows for projects to be easily managed virtually via phone, email and applications such as skype and zoom. Yes. The price you are quoted will always be the price you pay, unless the scope of the brief changes during the project.
We request that a deposit is paid prior to work being carried out, typically at 50%. With bigger projects we may also break payments down into multiple ongoing milestone payments. Final invoices are released upon completion of the project and the payment terms are 14 days from the issue date.
We typically only accept payments in the form bank transfer (BACS), cash and cheque. Final deliverables will be released once final payment has been obtained and cleared.
If there are any issues please let us know as soon as possible. you can cancel a project in the early stages, we will only charge you for the work we have already done, billed at our hourly rate.
Once the project is complete and the final invoice has been cleared, we will typically use ‘dropbox’ or ‘wetransfer’ to deliver your files in an organised folder system. We can also send you a custom memory stick containing all your files so you can keep it separate from all your other files.
Copyright and approved design collateral is all yours upon receipt of final payment. However we reserve the right to use the collateral created in our portfolio to present and promote our services.
Website Design
Generally most of the websites we create are designed, developed and delivered within 3 weeks, while bigger projects may take up to 8 weeks. It all depends on the complexity of the website in question and the scope of the project. Generally providing us with well written and considered content and imagery can speed up the website design process because content is king.
That’s a hard question to answer, as all businesses are unique and may have different requirements and goals. For instance a service or portfolio oriented website will cost less than a website that requires a complex booking and management system.

Yes, we design and develop your website on our private servers which you will have access to.

yes, we will teach you the basics to adding/editing new content to your websites existing pages. If you decide you want us to add content for you, we offer a management & maintenance package which includes minor content changes so you can sit back and relax.
Yes, our all websites are built and hosted on premium UK cloud based hosting using litespeed servers for super quick loading times and search engine optimisation boost.
yes, with quality content your website will rank in google over time. We provide on-page Search Engine Optimisation to target keywords you would like to rank for. We also optimise all your images to boost SEO and help with page loading speeds.
Yes, all the websites we design and develop are secure. The internet is an ever evolving space with malicious activities we must protect against. Updates will need to be done to the plugins and tools used to build and power your website to prevent vulnerabilities and security flaws in outdated software.
We offer a management & maintenance package which includes monitoring and updating the software for your website and plugins used to prevent security flaws.
Yes, we backup your website every 4 hours.
